minor things that make you fume

I think it's all part of the same problem. The people you deal with have a preset directive on what they can and can't do.

Smaller businesses are great for being more flexible but when it comes to phones, broadband etc you get what you're given
Best company I've ever dealt with is Dyson. Amazing customer service. Rang them because I was having problems with the turbo head on my dyson. They sent a brand new one out free of charge and even offered to send an engineer free of charge if I had any more problems. Was out of warranty as well.

Fair play to them then. Tbh my last comment was a bit off hand. Have had great customer service from Apple before and they're as big as they get.

But generally, phone companies (contract, not the actual phone), Internet companies etc have all felt the same

At my lads school, every single mum, whose fella who doesn't work, but provides them with a brand new Audi A3 / A4 / A5 / Q7 causes mayhem everyday with the fact that they park where they want.

White Audi A3 - Parks in disabled bays.
White Audi A4 - Parks across an elderly couples driveway, blocking their car in.
Black Audi A5 - parks across the school gates.
White Audi A5 - parks in the corner of the road at an angle on double yellows, meaning people can't turn the corner.
Gold Audi Q7 goes down the school road so fast that she runs someone over everyday.

Too many there to do their tyres in one go, who should I go for first ?
The black one.

:bye:

Apple=American. They do know how to look after ya. It's weird though. You get good service over here and you're singing their praises, then you realise that should be the norm.

The white one is the one that really p1sses me off, as there's a lad whose dad is disabled and he has to drive into the school to drop the lad off. He's too timid to say anything to her and ends up having to park at the far end of the school and use his walking sticks to take his lad onto the playground.
Racist.

There's already a lack of birds in work and they've moved the only decent one to another office for 3 months. FFS who am I going to chat wham all day to now.
