minor things that make you fume


Slightly stoned customers who dont remember you delivered 2 parcels to them on Monday, who then complain. Even though;

1. I have a text record showing the rearranged time.

2. I have his signature, twice, on my scanner thing.

3. I described him and his clothing to my boss, including the trainers he was wearing.

4. He does remember me saying "I had to be near you anyrate cos I was picking my missus up from work"

5. I told my boss the size and probable contents of both parcels. (I delivered them 5 days ago, and have delivered a few hundred since like)

6. Customer says "Yeah, I remember all that (time, missus, rearranged) just dont remember getting the parcels."

7. My tracker showing I was at his flat at the precise time I said I was. 4.15 pm, last Monday.

Just say No kids.
