When you miss a phone call by a few seconds and then phone them back straight away, they then miss the call and phone you back straight away.

Each time the other is trying to ring and it goes to their voicemails because they're both trying to ring each other at the same time.

You then proceed to wait a minute to give them a chance to ring you, they have the same idea, and then after the minute is up the horrid cycle starts all over again.
