When somebody falls over and hurts themself but doesn't really hurt themself that bad just enough for it to be funny.

On my first day in my job in 2016 I saw a woman walk face first into a lamp post as she had her head buried in her mobile phone and wasn't looking. She fell over, nobody helped her, then she got up dazed and had spaghetti legs like Road Dogg Jessie James from WWF for a few moments.

Was a great start to the day and I walked into the office with a spring in my step.

Not so minor, but today got my first ever mortgage offer through!!

Same bruv, but it's only for a place to rent out so I've got my $$$ in property and not sat in the bank. Surprisingly unexcited by it all to be honest. House is currently getting built and won't be finished for a few months yet. Just want some low-earning person who can't afford their own mortgage to pay mine off for me. Be good that.

i was a bit underwhelmed by that doc tbh . The podcast they do though are great .

No mate, but I'll be using a local company to take care of all that stuff for me. Also part of the reason I'm not all that excited by it.

I've heard all sorts! Guess it largely depends on if you get unlucky with the tenants.. I'd say it's worth 10% of the rent to let the agency take care of everything.
