All the dried fruit in it can amended to whatever you like/have got in the house. The same with the alcohol, I used orange quince brandy and port, but any spirits will do (dark spirits are best, sherry, whisky, rum etc. or as in the recipe, cider, which I used last year. I binned off the nuts.
