Lard! Genuinely haven't seen that for a long time! I will send you a pic next month of my fancy filo's. Only made them the once before, but gee whizz, they are sublime

Made a massive error in not ordering jars though. So, I've had to put the mixture into sealy bags, then into the freezer. Took a little while to freeze as I put rum into the mixture
another novice mistake there. But I read up and apparently should be fine
