Speaking to the same fella recently and Mr Kevin hasn't changed a bit.

it wasn't a problem for the first 3 years of his Everton career though was it. The fact he's been like that from the start only confirms the fact that his attitude doesn't effect his form.

I tend to not be too bothered how friendly players are really. More about how they play on the pitch.

Remember against Swansea after only 2 minutes on the pitch the tit got himself sent off, almost looked like he did it on purpose because he was sent on so late in the game by Martinez.

The best managers get into the pysche of players, know how they work and pull the right strings. They need to play to their egos if thats what it takes. Martinez cant do that - phenomenal wears thin after a while

I've always thought he comes across as being as thick as 2 shorts.

He literally is the only one who can hold his head up after every derby except the last one(because every fn player was crap).

But, no, apparently he has a half assed attitude and doesn't have any enthusiasm for anyone but himself.
