Ok so I have a database/table with these columns: ID, 1st name, 2nd, state, sex. I want to create a filter and display the filtered results, so atm I have 1 drop down menu which you can select whether to filter by state/sex. I then want to use the result of this to fill a second dropdown with the relevant states etc to filter by.

I am sure I've watched a tutorial on this a while ago, but I've watched so many since I can't find it, and the ones I can't find aren't directly relevant, and I can make what they show fit my need.

I think I understand your ask, but I only know the solution in excel, where you use named ranges, validation lists and the INDIRECT function.

Why does the so called neutral British Broadcasting Corporation describe the new mayor of London as 'the first Muslim mayor' and then go on to describe him as someone who has been accused of being an extremist?

Why did they never call Boris a 'shredded wheat headed, Tory mongball' who has been accused of being a human?

Moreso, why do they always feel the need to mention 'the first black/muslim/woman' to do something, especially when said factor has never been an issue or barrier previously.

First black American president - worthy of note.
First Muslim mayor of London - so what, there's stacks of MPs and councillors from all walks of life in London, as there are voters too. It really isn't a seismic event that a Muslim guy has won the vote.
