The intra division series in September between these three will be as yuge as a Trump rally. Between 9/07 and 9/27, Cubs have six with the Bucs and six with the Cards. Pirates have six against the Cubs/Cards at the end of September. This will be epic, no matter who you're backing. All the power in baseball is concentrating in the middle of the country.

The game will probably be in Pittsburgh. I remember the Pirates having trouble against the Cubs early in the season but don't know what season record is. The Pirates have an interesting choice to make: start Cole (who doesn't use Cervelli our best catcher and .300 hitter) who is our most talented pitcher but hasn't been playing as well as Liriano.
Usually these games are tossups. Pirates are excellent at home but the Cubs have one of the best road records.
with Hanley Ramirez out of the OF after failing there, the Sox will be running out Betts, Bradley, Castillo. the trio have dubbed themselves BBC. Yeah. Britons might take one meaning from the nickname... pervs a completely different. I'm sure a lot of jokes will abound.
I much prefer this to be a road game, frankly. Too many playoff ghosts at Wrigley, too many beauts leading goats around on a leash, etc , etc.
Play it in Pittsburgh and start Arrieta. The rest will fall into place or not. Two good clubs, anybody can win.
(The Cubs are starting Arteta? Is that where the money went, ffs?)
