I won't disagree, but will point out that you support the Northsiders.

Wouldn't change my list either way. Fenway, Wrigley, Yankee Stadium are the top three in those cities. (Although I DC you're not too far too consider Camden Yards, which should make any list.)

I second this. Camden Yards is done right, as newer parks go. The White Sox have a stadium, not a ballpark.

I'm not a baseball fan, but can't say I've ever watched a game. Anyway, I'm off to North East america next summer and baseball is the only sport during June so might as well take a game in. What's the best teams/grounds to visit? I'll be going to New York, Boston, Toronto, Chicago and Washington. Thanks.
If you can get to Baltimore, Camden Yards is a top place to watch a game

@mezzrow

Mariano Rivera on Edgar (I agree with your HOF opinion)

"Retired Yankee great Mariano Rivera, when asked whether there was anyone he was afraid to face, said that he was never afraid, but "I will put it like this: The only guy that I didn't want to face, when a tough situation comes, was Edgar Martínez. The reason is because I couldn't get him out. (laughs) I couldn't get him out. It didn't matter how I threw the ball. I couldn't get him out. Oh, my god, he had more than my number. He had my breakfast, lunch and dinner. He got everything from me. Oh, my god, yeah. I mean, that's something, though. But, uh, that's the game." Versus Rivera, Martinez was able to log a 0.625 batting average, with 10 hits during 16 appearances."

in regards as to where to go watch a game, Fenway is expensive, but Fenway is it.

As a Red Sox fan, our link to Fenway is part of what drew me to Everton... It's similar to Goodison in that it is a debatable relic to a wondrous era gone bye. Buy a blue cap and watch a game. Familiarize yourself with Sweet Caroline and Dirty Water.

Another Sox fan here, and another vote that you have to go to Fenway.

I wouldn't bother with the Rogers Centre in Toronto, unless you really have to see the Jays play. It's an expensive, soulless stadium, and unless they are playing Boston or New York, it'll be around half full.
