Me encanta Jorge Soler.

Late comebacks two nights in a row. Walkoffs? These are not the Cubs I knew.

Just LOOK at this guy. Plus, a cannon from right field.

What's that name again, lad?

The spring before the Draft can be full of excitement and pressure for amateur players hoping to be selected by a Major League organization. Those in the discussion for top of the first round face even more scrutiny as June approaches. MLB.com is following Brendan Rodgers, ranked No. 1 on MLB.com's Top 50 Draft prospects list, throughout the process. From the start of his senior year at Lake Mary High School outside of Orlando, Fla., all the way through the Draft on June 8-10, Rodgers has given MLB.com full access to his life as the top Draft prospect in the country.

Perhaps he can redeem the name on these shores. Still, soz abar that, lad.

Jorge Soler sporting a blue full face mask tonight. It makes him into the Luchador of Swat. (be still my heart...) Dinger for Rizzo in the first.

So far, up 5 - 0 on the Reds in the 5th. Cubs were all over Jason Marquis from the go.

Welcome back to Wrigley, Jason. I'll get a snap of Soler up here when I can.

Here's one from last week.

edit - smart money says that we won't see Kris Bryant until the Cubs are back on the road - look for him to take over at third about this time next week.
