Yep, doubling our money is worth a risk, but we still need clauses like with Geri, such as its only for the first 2 years and they cant just buy him back to flog him at a profit etc.

For me, Edin Dzeko ticks all those boxes. He could do the job for us that Andy Gray did in the mid 80's. And, with a classy focal point to our forward play, he could be the player that joins the dots up and gets the best out of players such as Bernard, Siggy, Richy, Gomes, Walcott etc.
Keane (Moise) could even play off him so we kind of have one and a half up top.

If there is a definite buy back clause and we cannot get him without one then surely we must take charge of the stipulation. No buy back for 3 years for example then a 1 year window opens for the buy back then it shuts for another year kind of thing. We have to take some control.
