If there is a definite buy back clause and we cannot get him without one then surely we must take charge of the stipulation. No buy back for 3 years for example then a 1 year window opens for the buy back then it shuts for another year kind of thing. We have to take some control.

My understanding of Buy backs is there are a couple of options- the bad option like we did with Geri. Where there was a predetermined price and date and if that lapses its over and where Barca basically bought back from us and sold on for more or that Juve have first option if we decide to sell.
