...a striker of his physicality should love running the channels, going to war with CBs. A lone striker loves that challenge because you’re always in the game, pitting your technical ability against defenders and bringing teammates into the game. Crosses lead to goals, top strikers time runs to get in front of markers.

I really want Kean to be a success, but ultimately it’s up to him.
do you think Robert Lewandowski would succeed here, with our cross & pray strategy?

After the international break I'd love to see a proper front 3 in front of a flat midfield something like

Richarlison - Tosun - Kean

Gbamin - Delph - Gomes
switch that to Bernard out wide left, Richy in the 9, and Kean wide right (though mostly playing in the area), exactly as he was used by Juve

then drop Delph and put Iwobi in the 10, where he belongs, and played for Arsenal, and plays for Nigeria

Mason greenwood coming on for the Mancs there. Tammy Abraham banging them in for chelsea but we seem to think that because keans 19 he’s not going to be any good until he’s 21....he just looks so off the pace to me. Judging by Brands other signings, digne aside, it’s likely that this guys another flop
let us know when you get that call-up to evaluate and sign talent

in other words, give us a fckn break

Abraham is 22 and Greenwood has done absolutely nothing.

You have the job...do you currently manage Ajax? Hope to god you are not currently working at Burnley!

Guys can we please stop suggesting different formations and systems with different personnel please?

Don’t you know ‘on paper’ these different styles and formations would be nothing but total annihilation and self destruction?

We need to stick to 4-2-3-1 and like for like subs. Trying alternative approaches and everything else is way too risky unfortunately. On paper of course.
Yes, why change when it is all working so well?
