By better, I mean if we played 500 minutes, Niasse looked more likely to score than Kean.

They were both terrible but Niasse less so.

Na disagree mate, first half at least Kean looks like he can control a ball, our midfield is maddeningly bad, f the amount of times we lost the ball today was so frustrating and you could not pin it to any of them, it was all of them.
Never want to see Niasse in our shirt again, don't mean to be nasty but he is abysmal. Kean the longer the game went on, lost confidence and stamina I'll admit, if we had another striker or winger I would loan him out, he needs game time regular and a goal.

....great contrast between the two strikers today. Lots on here want Kean to play, most of them think DCL is a ‘Championship Player’. Today was stark for those that think that way.

Silva was blamed for Kean’s performances, the formation was blamed for Kean’s performances, ‘we weren’t playing to his strengths‘ was blamed for Kean’s performances. I thought he offered very little by way of technique or ability today, nobody is to blame.

Says a lot when Niasse was possibly more effective when he came on and DCL was far better. Kean has got lots to prove.
To be fair there wasn't a great contrast? only difference I could see was the goal which DLC got, both poor on the link up and couldn't pick a pass.

Bad mistake to just sell him and move on, he’s young and needs to be given the chance to develop more. However, he needs to bin his watches.

To be honest Im quite fed up of listening to it, we have a team of absolute dire midfielders who can't create, so how do we expect him to score exactly? we scored today off a corner, only other chance of note I can think of was the Digne cross so lets stop acting like hes being fed like a new born and crapping up his back.

Must be living in a different universe if you think Niasse was anything other than a total calamity when he came on. Kean in the first half was getting involved in the build up. When Walcott went off we barely got the ball around the their box and both he and DCL were useless and gave the ball away often.

....I accept that, I was just pointing out Niasse was very ineffective and I expect Kean to be a bit special. My comment was more about disappointment.

Ancelotti said it best when he said Kean is 'good in the box'. If we had a ferociously good attacking team with out and out wingers who were brilliant he would score a fair few goals, they'd likely be tap-ins, close-range headers and poaching finishes, inside the box is when he comes alive.

No idea where you’ve got that from, he’s started about 10 league games and been playing in the Europa League all season too.

Moise Kean has 0 goals in 646 minutes - league, fa cup and league cup.

Patrick Cutrone has 3 goals in 471 minutes, league, fa cup and league cup.
