2019/20 Moise Kean

I'd sell if we could find someone interested in him. I've seen nothing from him to justify even half of the transfer fee. Anichebe looked a far better player at his age and had a far better scoring record.

I would definitely look to do a swap deal - Kean + a few quid for Belotti would do me.

Alternatively you have Schick at Roma - only 24 and has 9 goals in 22 for the national team and netted 10 in 20 or so games on loan at Leipzig.

I'm curious to how you've come to this conclusion. Like what are you looking for in a striker that Big Vic was doing and Kean isn't?

To be fair, I think you would struggle to make an argument that Kean has contributed more than Big Vic.

Time still on his side of course but so far he has contributed much less than Vic did

For a 19 year old playing inconsistently and not really starting games it is less about contribution which is probably always going to be spotty and more about showing signs that when they do play they'll be in with a chance of contributing.

I'd start him against Norwich.

We will only know if he's any good if he gets a run of games.

Then , if he doesn't impress in the remainder of the season , get rid and let Carlo do something creative with Napoli to bring in one of his chosen targets.

Well yeah but he hasnt really showed us anything with his actual time on the pitch has he?

Not writing him off I'm still hoping he can come good but we havent seen anything yet

I want him to start but it's hard to break up DCL and Richarlison

I think he has. Really his finishing has let him down but he shoots plenty, is capable of creating shots off of dribbles and surprisingly based on what he did at Juve he's done relatively well at creating a few chances here and there for others. I truly believe if he started 4 or 5 games in a row he'd score a couple and never look back.

Against a poor team like Norwich I'd like to think that we are tactically flexible enough to play 433.

With our midfield that won't work against the better teams but Norwich are pitiful.

Hope you are right but I'm yet to see it

I don't think that gets Kean in though. He isn't a winger.

No he isn't a winger but , freed of defensive responsibility, could play on the right of a 3 man attack.
I can't remember what game Silva tried him there but he didn't know how to position himself. I don't think it's fair to put him there and try to spin that as a chance.
