I am still blazing after the poor result, the game should have been taken to CP and puit them on the rack. But with the team picked no chance, Silva was playing safe. I mean picking Schnieds and DCL over the new boys!!! In his chat talked of not taking chances well what can one expect playing a No 9 who is the most unprolific in the whols PL. Hence for me knobhead.
Have you ever run or coached a football team mate?

Really annoyed with Schneiderlin for basically ruining this kid's debut.

Was so excited to see what he had to offer and then he barely got a touch because we were a man down.

Good news is DCL gave absolutely zero reasons why he should continue to start next week so hopefully Kean starts next week.

would have won us the game if richarlison's through ball would have been a touch softer. He probably didn't need to play the pass as we would have had plenty of options, but it was sharp movement from kean. Just ease the lad in, we were beating all the top teams with DCL up front, so it's not like we have to panic and throw Kean straight in to start every game.
That run to split the two defenders. We've not see that in ages.

Have any of us?

Is your point that if you haven’t coached a Football team, the managers opinion is always superior? Did you take that stance when Koeman or BFS were in charge?

Well yes, whether we want to admit it or not, Keoman and BFS are better managers than every single person on this forum.

That of course doesnt mean we cant call them out like.

As I always say, I cant make a nice cake, but I know what a nice cake tastes like.

Of the “top” teams, we beat United, Arsenal and Chelsea with him up front.

We also lost to Newcastle, Fulham, Millwall, West Ham, Leicester, Spurs, City (x2) and Arsenal with DCL up front.

I’d say changing system or personnel is perhaps a tad more urgent than your post suggests.

I take your point. Koeman and Allardyce may have more experience as Football managers than any of us. That does not make their decisions unquestionable, their opinions infallible...... which appeared to be the assertion.

Interesting way of putting things sir

It'll be interesting to see how the team plays when he starts because Dom is currently our only out ball as long as Gylfi can't be bothered to help in the buildup. Iwobi should help out on that front so getting him in the team will make a difference but Kean starting might give us other problems at first.

I don’t think Gylfi and Kean will be a very good combo tbh. Kean will probably need someone more involved behind him.

I can't knock these guys for getting coaching licenses. I think that's something that's worth anyone's time.

But yeah, a lot of these guys are still kinda dumb. There's definitely your share of ex-jock that really doesn't know what they are doing. It's also very different setting up a team to play and training them, teaching, coaching. I would imagine doing that at different levels is also dramatically different. Even if some here have coached teams, it's a bit different coaching a U12 teams vs. coaching Chelsea.
