Xavi Simons. If they offer anyone outside the main stars, he would be the one.

100% hes only got a year left but theyre negotiating at the moment to extend.

Beyond Mbappe, Neymar Di Maria theres really only Marqinhos, Kimpembe and possibly Paredes of the seniors id want.

Quite amazing how theyve done without top players throughout the team.

Not happy because he wasn’t given chances?

The relationship with the man that is functionally his position coach is irretrievably broken.

There were ample signs, prior to that public falling out, that he was not settling well.

As others have stated, we will never be certain unless he chooses to tell us, and even then we will have to evaluate whether or not his explanation squares with what we know, but I'd put the probability that he has directed his agent to force an exit from the club at 100%.

I ain't begging for someone who doesn't want to play for us, to stay.

There seems to be some very slow learners on here.

Kean was not happy at Everton and pushed for the loan.

Kean does not want to come back to Everton.
He is playing in a champions league semi final club that have a great chance of winning it. With world class players. Honestly who expects him to want to return.

I cannot understand how we decided to loan him out when we were extremely short up front and then go and bring in josh king who we haven't seen. People can say he didn't want to be here but his lack of game time when dcl was out on his last legs or out of form was the reason he wanted out.

Imo we messed up the opportunity to have potentially the best young goalscorer in europe for the next few years. (He all around play looks average but he is supposedly extremely strong and knows how to find the net)

In the end you can see us offering josh king a new contract. I couldn't see more everton than that.

Game time, unhappiness, and Raiola being his agent thinking he's better than Everton and proved it buy finding a big team that would want him.

Not out of the realms of possibility.

You could've played him in every game this season IMO...he'd still want out.

Verrati is a top player. Too injury prone and I wouldn’t want him here but when fit he’s very good.

He was given chances. Fact of the matter is...he didn't to enough to dislodge DCL or even DCL did more to warrant being first choice.

Then the lad had to decide to bide his time and fight for his place (he'd only been here 12months) or feel unhappy about the situation and agree to play elsewhere.

End of the day, he dropped from Juve to us as a way of playing more regularly. That didn't happen over 2 managers and he's found it tough to break in.

This idea that it's the club's fault for not pandering to the next Van Nistlerooy is ridiculous

Striker pecking order is:
DCL
Richy

Anyone else plays 3rd choice. Kean would've been that, sat on the bench more times than not or playing 10mins here or there and cup games.

His agent will have sorted his unhappy client out on loan to a big club. He's done his job to "prove" his client is better than 3rd choice at Everton and will get him a move.

Mad that he's got a good chance of winning the champions League, just a season after Carlo wouldn't give him a game instead of a striker who hadn't scored in 10/11 straight games.

What a weird scenario this has been, good luck to the lad.

This situation with Kean is so Everton.
Not good enough for us, but now in a CL semi as back up to Mbappe and Neymar.
We really are a living joke.

It's easy to be an aftertimer now but context is a wonderful thing. Did he do anything last year that suggested he should have started ahead of Dom or Richarlison?
Granted he's done great at PSG this year and its a win win for us whatever happens but at the end of last season he looked unfit, un-interested and completely out of his depth.

He has better than Everton so it seems given he's about to play in a champions League semi and win the league ( and play a big part ) also given how PSG definitely want to sign him again and rumours juventus want him back

He wasn't given a chance though. Don't understand how people cannot see this.

Let's look at it like this, DCL finished last season with 11 games without a goal ( or there abouts )

Kean scored in his last couple of starts for Everton. Getting 11 games in a row even when your not scoring is being given a chance, not 1 start every 4 months and the odd 10 minutes at the end of games with the anti football we play.

If he was given a propa chance and it still didn't work out fair enough, but he wasn't and then asked to be loaned out to play more in which he has and had a far better season why would he want to come back?
