I’m paying attention to this if I am Kean. That is the second time they tried to spend on another player in his stead. FFP be damned. They are taking the piss. FFP isn’t their issue

The issue is, they dont rate him. For obvious reasons. Where does that leave us? Nowhere, with a discontented player running down his value.

Kean has pace which could give us options. Worst case scenario he ends up playing the Josh King role here but I'm still hopeful the lad has a future here.

Think it’s more a case of him just not being a priority. They figure he’s not going anywhere, and they have bigger holes in the squad to fill. The question is, how does Kean feel about not being a priority?

I'd be happy for him to stay. He's a big strong and skilful lad. Clearly lacking in certain areas and can tell his naivety sometimes on the pitch but I think he has enough qualities to work with. Also with it being a World Cup season it could be worth a gamble by the club to keep him instead of loaning as if we can get some goals and he gets in that Italy squad, surely his price will rise.

Keep him here. Looked good in the training video. Adds some pace. May want to fight for a spot if only to push for a move next summer. Which is fine because he will give full effort. I think he has talent and would help the team.
