Silly season brings out the worst in everyone :P
I'm up at the student accom in Broomhill atm mate, well until tomorrow morning, when I;m moving back out. I'll be in the city centre more or less in September.

He basically got told by the board to either start utilising the squad he had assembled who were on huge wages or sell them to trim the ridiculous 90% wage bill that he had ran up. He spat his dummy out and left. Villa have money and you will be receiveing 7 mil of it next week.

Afford to sign Darren Bent?

Pick one of Milner, Barry, Gardner, Davies, Shorey, Sidwell fees and work out the net spend, smoke and mirrors stuff - admitedly we have a well trained eye after decades of it. Worringly while hemerogeing players you seem only capable of Loans - Pires, Walker, Bradley etc. It seems like you cant even afford to pay wages anymore with the amount of players you sent out on loan or have left on frees.

A week into the trasnfer season and your all ready selling your best players, it wont stop at Young either, if a 20mill offer came in for Bent he would be sold or would hand in a transfer request which ever happened quicker.

Agbonlahor has always struck me as a decent player, but he had an average season. I don't think he'll ever be top, top class at Centre Forward, but his work rate and pace makes him appealing as a right-winger. We should offer £4m rising to £7m. Lol!

smaller club? we are the 4th most successful club in english history pal, as others have said, we have finished higher than you in 7 of the last 9 seasons.
