Moyes: None of my Everton FC stars are going anywhere

You have to be joking me Mr K.

Gravesen, Johnson wasn't good business then? One would have been free in the summer, one wasn't good enough.

Lescott and Rooney both put in transfer requests and forced moves but KenWRONG!

Don't change the subject, answer my points.

Yes, but the issue here is 'Deadwood'. These players were key members of the first team, but here we have the suggestion they were surplus to requirements. That just wasn;t the case in any of those examples.

I feel the thread has been sidetracked by all this, anyway.

Nah nah, you have span words again mate.

Deadwood was not Lescott or Rooney, they were players who we couldn't keep hold of due to high transfer fees and transfer requests. From a business standpoint they were the right moves, and look at Lescott this year, not doing that well.

As for Rooney, well what's the point discussing that one?

The deadwood being AJ, Faddy, Gravesen, players we all made profit on, and improved the side at the same time.

You say we are a selling club, or have been until we sell this summer - I say we are a business, and it's just business as usual.

No, I feel I've just clearly pointed out that what you said was ludicrous.

And my original point remains, you posted this to give you a platform to criticise the club again. Why bother?

I have to agree with Dave, the players sold where not deadwood, the fact that most of the deals worked out in our favour is only down to the skill of David Moyes.

Exactly, but expect spin and will accusations.

It's all Kenwrongs fault.

Yep, I think those afflicted with that pain need to form their own club, and see how they do. Be interesting to see how it progresses. Me, I will continue to support them, apart from that Anichebe, he can do one the big blert.

What a bizarre argument.

If the club never sold any players there would be about 100 on the books since Moyes took over.

Of course players need to be sold. The point is we do not replace them with lesser quality which is my definition of a selling club.

I think Moyes has spent about 30 million more than he has received in sales since he has been here.

It's called good management and making the best of what we have got.

Some of you want the moon on a stick. It's like listening to a child's reasoning.

The club is not rich, but it is undeniable we are getting stronger year in year out.
