"Deadwood", oh yeah, they're all deadwood - Rooney, Johnson, Lescott, Gravesen. We sold Neill at Christmas breaking up a decent CB partnership...again..."deadwood" (not wanted).

We sell, we buy with the proceeds. This isn't quantum physics mate. It's a simple enough concept to understand and accept. You're turning yourself inside out to make it not so...but it patently is.

AJ signed for Fulham, it's not like his career has taken off. Gravesen? Seriously? Next you were telling me we shouldn't have sold Kilbane.

Lucas Neill was not needed, and since we sold him the defence has seemed more tight.

Lescott was not worth 25m, so we couldn't turn that down.

I'm not turning myself inside anywhere mate, it's you who's spinning [Poor language removed].

Thing is your clearly not used to people calling you on your deluded points of view, seriously do you have Michael Kendrick on your Facebook?

He's not entirely alone in every sense. The selling of Rooney definitely damaged this club for about 4 years and the affects are still lingering.

is that so? Did we not get 4th spot the season after Rooney left?
Did we not sign many good players with the proceeds of the inevitible sale?

What affects are still lingering?

We sell to buy, the facts show this.

So what! Sick of hearing it. We don't have millions and millions. We sell players who are not valuable enough to the team to keep and we make a better side.

That is what we do, it's called business, and unless anyone commenting in this ******* thread understand the business than I suggest they jog the **** on.

Sick of hearing it mate.

They were all valued members of the first team. You're pissing in the wind to try and suggest otherwise. Deadwood they most certainly were not.

Why does it always end in insults when you fail to make your point?

I haven't insulted you and I have made my point on more than one occassion, you have failed to make yours.

My point was that we have a commitment from the manager to not sell any players this summer. Then you came in with the 'selling club' stuff.

I'll leave it to others to determine where the failure lies.

Because that is what you have insinuated, that Everton is a selling club.

I was just saying that we sell players to make the team better, and we do every single season. That is undisputed.

We are not selling to stay afloat, we are not generating more debt to buy [Poor language removed] players like some clubs.

Basically mate whenever you post it's tinged with a dig at the club, regardless of what you say. Mud sticks mate. Roll with it, or sort it out.

I've started a thread that whets the appetite of all for the coming 10/11 season summer transfer window. Now I'm having a dig at the club.

*Exasperated*

You have to be joking me Mr K.

Gravesen, Johnson wasn't good business then? One would have been free in the summer, one wasn't good enough.

Lescott and Rooney both put in transfer requests and forced moves but KenWRONG!

Don't change the subject, answer my points.

Because that's what your like, your setting yourself up to have a go.

You have said you are happy that Moyes is not going to let any of his players go. Right fine. But then you said that basically the club were a selling club and I disagreed with you.

Of course they have sold players, but they are just recycling what they have and making money on the back of it. What's wrong with that?

Thing is mate, if Yobo gets sold, you will be the first to jump on the bandwagon, infact you will be sharing the driving with Goat.
