I feel he's just dug a massive hole for the club there, as when Bill appoints Stubbs or Martinez a large number of us would be fuming knowing a proven winner (don't care what country) has been passed up in favour of a sentimental appointment with no experience or a man who built a team over a number of years (from a pretty poor team he inherited) and got them relegated.

Not so sure on Martinez because it could prove to be catastrophical, Pereira is the best option and requires no copensation from tight a**e Bill.
