Tough job at Villa though. Lambert's really impressed me there post Xmas. They'll have a good year if they can keep old of Benteke.

He decided to kick all those experienced players out and played kids who ain't good enough. And he had spent about £25m and nearly relegated his team.

Benteke is a great buy though.

Given that Mackay has zero Premier League managerial experience, that is an impossible question for him or anyone to answer.

In the same way some players can't make the step, some managers can't either.
