Manuel Pellegrini says he is not ready to discuss the Manchester City job
Malaga coach Manuel Pellegrini says he has not signed a contract to take charge at Manchester City.
The Chilean is hot favourite to replace Roberto Mancini at the Etihad, having already confirmed he will be leaving Malaga after the final game of the Spanish season next weekend.
But Pellegrini says he is fully focused at the moment on helping Malaga qualify for Europe.
Asked if he would soon be taking charge at City, he told a press conference: "I have answered this many times.
"Once we have played Deportivo, we will see about my future and where I am going. I haven't signed any contract yet.
"Once I have finished here in Malaga and completed the matches, we will see where my future lies.
"But for now I will only discuss my present position with Malaga."
Manchester City midfielder Gareth Barry says Pellegrini would come highly recommended.
"I don't know too much about him," said Barry. "But people who do know him and who have played with him have spoken highly of him, so that's good."
Considering loads on here wanted Moyes out, how come they're nailing all the apparent contenders and saying 'he needs to match what Moyes did and get us inn top 6 year after year'?
Is Moyes suddenly palatable now he's (nearly) gone?
Good afternoon gentlemen.
So I see about a hundred new pages have occurred since I last stopped by.
Am I right to assume these pages are filled with rumour, conjecture, people hating the awful new badge, people being a bit excited about America and generally nothing of note and substance about Moyes' replacement?

Remembering this is Kenwright Productions..
Do you
a) Launch a really sh1te badge just before appointing a new manager all Evertonians want so they forget how bad the badge is?
b.) Launch a really sh1te badge just after appointing a new manager all Evertonians want so they don't give a toss about the badge?
c) Launch a really sh1te badge just before appointing a new manager Evertonians probably won't want so the badge issue disappears (it's obviously less important than the manager)?
or
d) Launch a really sh1te badge just after appointing a new manager most Evertonians probably don't want - they'll already be frothing at the mouth and this is the last straw?
Yes, you're right mate.
