100%. Amply reported by the press, pics of him in the airport and a pal of mine took the same flight from Heathrow.
Interesting. Really hope he turns Porto down.
a person can buy themselves out of their own contract if their owner is reluctant to get rid
pretty sure someone did that to go to another club
so martinez could say to kenwright i will pay my 5 mil to wigan to join you
Portista am i right in saying Vitor was offered a contract last week???If so he could of accepted it and that would of ruled him out for the everton job but he was supposed to of wanted time been Monday
Yeah, I don't know if he was offered a contract, what PdC said was that they talked, that they agreed there were advantages and disadvantages in signing a new contract and that they'd talk again and sort it out at the start of next week - I'm assuming tomorrow. Probably he got contract offers from both clubs and asked some time to think it out.
Yes i was thinking this myself .is their any proof that vitor was in london last week?

O Lovley
thanks
What's that about? Sorry missed all the news today
hopefully thats not the case and were not interested in Matinez.
Hopefully he is only Second choice..
and can you see martinez paying 5mill out off his own pocket even anything at all for that matter .and if so he would be expecting heft wages of us
Not a chance.....£5 Million is a lot of money even for Martinez
I really think Martinez would balls up for us, he kind of used to loosing and does not bring that winning mentality.
This is what I hope our Choices are
1 - Vitor Periera
2 - Ole Gunnar Solskjaer
3 - Roberto Di Matteo
If Periera is a No go, I hope other names are considered ahead of Martinez.
I honestly can't see us paying £5m compensation for Martinez, or him buying out his contract. Probably just newspaper talk anyway. I thought a one year rolling contract came to an end at the end of each season anyway.
