I'm no Kenwright apologist but i must say i'm pretty impressed with the names that's been mentioned as interviewees in the last few days. Even if Martinez gets the job (in which case i'd be slightly worried but would give him my support), i'd at least know he's interviewed some impressive candidates before making his decision

What I find a bit bonkers at the moment is we've got more speculation in the press over who we're allegedly in to sign as a new player, than over our coverage of who's going to be our next manager :blink: I mean what sort of IQ do you need to be a journalist these days??

I think structurally he's very good at putting it together but as for bringing them through, he's not so good. You could argue he'll have a better calibre of youngster at Old Trafford so we'll see.

Very true. I think we've got quite a few talented younger lads on our books. We might even get McManaman back on a cheap deal too now wigan have gone down.
