So, my view on whatever has happened:

Bill interviewed Vitor, which is his first choice (hence the invitation for Vitor to watch that game over the holiday period). In that interview, Pereira made clear that he isn't a manager in the English sence, as they don't do it that way over in Portugal. Bill agreed to go looking for a Director of Football, but interviewed Martinez in case he didn't find a suitable candidate for DoF.

Now that Ralfie is in the picture, and he wants to come, all is set for Vitor to arrive here.
hope your right mate

This is gonna drag on for at least another week I reckon, maybe longer.

I doubt Kenwrong wants to pay 2 Managers in June you know, wouldnt be surprised if we waited till the 1st July to appoint somebody.

Two of them together on double their wages of what they where on in both of their positions [vitor and ralf] combined is still less then moyes.

This actually makes a lot of sense, hope you're right.

Surely even Moyes and United would have the bollocks to sack off June's pay in that event?!

This Ralph guy, did I read somewhere he stepped down from managing due to stress or something?

Throw the British press into the equation and he'll have a nervous breakdown!

PVFS - extreme exhaustion following a viral infection. May have been physical rather than stress related.

That is one sexy scenario....although, I'm certainly not against Bob M getting the gig.

Why are Neil Lennons odds staying the same? Scary that I tell ya, surely he should be 1000/1 at this point, never been so scared in my life.

If Moyes was gonna "do the right thing" I would have thought he would have done it by now.

Who knows tho, maybe hes waiting for Bill to appoint somebody or maybe he thinks he deserves his last little 300k.

I actually think the only way he could appoint neville without a massive backlash is appointing a big name director of football to run the side neville hasn't done before. So don't be surprised to see neville manager and Ralph DF unvilled together especially after the interview where he wanted a manager with Everton DNA
