We should also remember that when Kendall built his team during the 1980s money was incredibly tight then also.We nearly missed out on Peter Reid because the club was struggling to get a loan of 60k.

Nobody is disputing what David Moyes has done for us,nobody is disputing that picking the right manager is very diificult if David Moyes decides to move on.
But,it is possible that our next manager will improve our team and the standing of our club even further.
David Moyes in my opinon is a conservative manager who will always do well at a club,but will always be a "nearly" manager because I think he is toocautious very often in his team selection.
We will see what happens in the summer,but so far,we have seen the one position that really tempted him (Spurs last season),he was not considered.
