But he was at a far bigger club, Wigan are a small club that aren't really Premier League standard and yet he won the FA Cup with them before he turned 40.

Its not about size of club, its about postion of clubs, Everton were doing a Wigan, Moyes came in and dragged them to the top, Martinez crashed and burnt.

It is when talking about the players we can attract compared to Wigan - plus we've always payed double the wages they can.

And regarding their piss easy cup run. Well...

Everyone knows that you go backwards without any investment in the Premier League and Wigan haven't had a lot in recent years.

Moyes had the benefit of the Rooney money which allowed him to strengthen. He didn't spend that money very well at first either, but he subsequently made up for it after.

How will it be announced? Who will they announce it to?

I'm assuming the Everton site will have the info first quickly followed by sky sports?

I bet if Moyes had been at Wigan the last couple years, they'd have been relegated long before, without any trophies and scoring a low amount of goals. I think Martinez would do great at Everton with better facilities, players, staff etc
You couldn't make some of the stuff on this board up.
