Whoever gets the Everton job after Moyes is inheriting a much better side than the one Moyes took over when he was appointed.

What will be will be.

If he stays I am happy, if he goes I am not really that arsed as sometimes change is for the better.
 

For me, Moyes is our paradox.

He is the man who has quite sensationally transformed regular relegation contenders into equally regular top 6 contenders, with a good deal of 5th-7th place finishes in there.

Yet, for me, he is also the same man who is holding us back. I don't think he has the ability to take us to the next level. Finances are a big stumbling block but I don't think they're the sole factor, I think Moyes in himself is inherently too cautious for us to really take the next step.

The problem is, along with the aforementioned finances, I'm not sure we can attract the quality of manager who can do just that.
