Mourinho could do with a proper challenge. Every club he's had since Porto have thrown unlimited money at him, and were big favourites for titles anyway.

Ralf Ragnick and Jorge Jesus are far from young. Paolo Bento did a fanstic job before moving onto the national stage, as did Blanc. Remi Garde, i've heard, is being lined for Arsenal in the next 5 years so it may worth taking a punt on him and see what he can do. Nobody can fault Valencia considering the financial difficulty they are in, and Rudi Garcia as got Lille playing fantastic football.
