Ralf Rangnick formerly of Hoffenheim and Schalke is someone who interests me. Remember them smashing Inter in the Champions League Quarter Final and he done quite well with Hoffenheim, developed a lot of young players; Demba Ba and Luis Gustavo just 2 to name and made sure the club had a foothold in the Bundesliga.

Although he quit Schalke the other year because of health reasons, no idea what they were though!
