I don´t want to be pessimistic. I apologise. I just think it´s very likely.

For me, I hope we get a manager like Laudrup in quickly who can spread some well deserved enthusiasm around the place. That would be a welcome change after Moyes.

Moyes is a hard act to follow in that department. But Kone for less than 3 million, maloney for 1 million, Moses for 2,5 million. Those are three excellent signings. Diame and McArthur picked up for free isn't bad either.

Then there's 5 million for ramis, 6.5 for boseli and 2 for scotland, mind.

Macarthur was one and a half millon + add ons.
