would anyone be happy with Martin Jol

I'd take him over any of the domestic candidates: Martinez, Lennon, Bruce, Mackay, Hughes, O'Neil, etc etc. Jol is better than all of them.

I'd take him instead of Poyet, DiMatteo or Zola because he is more experienced.

I'd take him instead of Laudrup, because he would be much cheaper.

I would be less certain of choosing him over Klopp, Pereira, Bielsa, Tuchel, Pellegrini, Koeman, Van Basten or De Boer, but he is a more REALISTIC candidate than some of these.

Lennon is trouble , his lifestyle ; his character ; his interaction/relationship with players, the authorities and the media and his football isn't that good i just can't see it .

I worry it'll be somebody cheap , maybe out of work . God I hope it isn't neville .

The cherry on the ****cake.

I don,t think the owner has a clue, he is more worried about himself looking bad with his choice. We look very weak at the top in a important crossroads for the club, players, fan and our owed debtors.

You basically have the chairman of the club coming out and telling the world media that he will take his time and consult with the fans however other managers, agents, and players are working to there timetables which will be different from us.

Look at Utd, they got the whole thing buttoned up before Bill had time to blink and we have Bill telling everyone we will take our time and he does,nt have an idea what to do next.

Those of you who would like to see Thomas Tuchel as our next manager could send a polite email to him encouraging him to join us. I have contacted both him and Kenwright. Tuchel, believe it or not, has studied English philology at university level. Not only
is he an astute tactician; he also knows his Shakespeare. A little bit of culture would do us all good.

"Friends, Romans, countrymen, lend me your ears; I come to bury Caesar..."

what's his email address??

Been waiting for the right job to come along, we may be it.

surely the villa Job would have tempted him? I think he earns far to much money on the tele. I know it is not what people like to hear, as they want some one big and knowledgable, but it worked with Moyes, why are we not talking about the decent young managers in the lower leagues?

Eddie Howe, Karl robinson etc

Come on mate, stop taking the piss with them joke of managers.

Andy Townsend has played at the top level, World cups etc. Been an excellent pundit and superb DJ on Talksport, he is the man to bring the glory days back.

Do you really think Bill Kenwright knows who these fellas are ??
Really ?

surely he must know who Bielsa is. One of the legends of modern football. A big influence on one of the world's greatest modern managers. I would jerk off for weeks if we got Bielsa

would there be a big enough parking space for his tactics truck at GP? If so, I'm in.

Come off it - Utd have been working on this for a long time. They didn't just negotiate a contract with Moyes in the space of 24 hours.

Yes they had a plan and Yes they executed that plan once it was decided faster than Bill could ask for a curtain call.
