Even if he does want the job, he's got that sizable release clause doesn't he? IMO we'd be better served spending the 10m on a player than a release clause for a manager with 1 good year under his belt. If the clause isn't there, then go in for him for sure.

That's not the point though, many people (other clubs fans etc.) have said that he wouldn't join us from Swansea.

Looks like Bill is going to think long and hard about this. So he should too, if he picks the wrong man he knows the crowd will turn against him massively. Reckon he'll be asking everyone he knows and going with the general consensus.

Yeah but the way his mind works he will blame them and not himself for the decision.

Vitor Pereira noted by Everton

Everton was one of the clubs present at Dragon Stadium to watch the game between FC Porto and Benfica in order to watch live to work Vítor Pereira.

End of contract with FC Porto, the coach of the blue and white has been pointed insistently at Everton, English club looking for a new coach after being officially David Moyes's departure to Manchester United at the end of this season.

The truth is that hardly Vitor Pereira will stay at FC Porto, but the door is open the Premier League, for Everton officials were pleased with what we saw on Saturday.

Remember that FC Porto beat Benfica 2-1 towards the end of the match, having jumped to the top of the league with a game to spare. Throw the goal, moreover, was created by two players released in the second half by Vítor Pereira, with Liedson to attend and Kelvin beat Artur Moraes.

Yeah im thinkin that way meself . we need atleat 3 or 4 players in i think felli an heitiga will be going we are loosin neville to. so maybe two midf 2 defenders 1 striker we have the cash hopefully moyes leaves his player shortlist here haha

I know it's childish and what he said is, sadly true BUT when Moyes uttered "They have given me the chance to move on to better things" regarding his move to United I wanted to reach in to the laptop screen and chin him.

I now see him as the enemy and feel a genuine fume coming on
