no, Tony Scott from the echo tweeted he'd take the job but Everton won't consider him.

It'd be criminal for Bill not to see him over the job with all the acknowledgment he's getting from Blues. I could see Kenwright giving Vitor a look in just to save face really. The biggest question over this fella is why Porto don't appear keen on keeping him, and if he is just a 'yes man' to the Porto Board.

Aren't they offering him a new contract?

Maybe he's not a Yes-Man, but a troublemaker (Mourinho-style).

There's been no mention of them offering a new one, perhaps they're just waiting for the league to well and truly won before they offer him a new contract. It's deffo worth considering though before we buy into the Vitor hype (although I admit I voted for him in the poll :D)
