I don't understand it myself, i mean how many managers successfully go straight from playing to managing in the top flight ?

Obviously this sounds and hopefully is a load of rubbish. But i went back to my parents at the weekend, saw a few mates in my local. A guy who drinks there's friend apparently 'knows Kenwright' and that O'Neil is top choice. Obv sounds a lot of rubbish and probably is but the whole pub (and another pub) have put a fair bit of money on it. WOuld be the worst thing ever.
