Gotta love him eh?

Bring on united at Goodison next year

People's person attends red parade

Not too sure what the problem is -

Good PR exercise for underwhelmed fans
Meets more staff
Motivates himself even more.

His eleven years with us are over. Can do as he likes as far as I'm concerned, and I'm far from the biggest moyes fan

To be fair to the lad he didn't compareus to barcelona did he.... You're twisting what he said to suit your own argument. He merely pointed out historically many teams have promoted from within, Barcelona being one of them. How is that comparing us to barca ? Some people need to get a grip.

People just make things up though. Barcelona have made two internal appointments since Cruyff, and the first of those was a bonafide club legend, not a steady centre back or a garbage utility player, yet some will insinuate that going internal has always been the Barca way.

If Stubbs or Neville were inheriting three of the best five players on the planet, as was the case when Guardiola took over, I'd be less concerned, but as things are I think Everton need either an experienced tactician or someone with a history of playing the transfer market well.

When Bill was interviewed after Moyes accepted the utd job and he was asked about our next manager he said something along the lines of I got lucky when I appointed David, I don't think I'll get that lucky again. Now I take that to mean that he wont be taking a chance on a unknown or an inexperience manager. If he does take a chance he will be relying on buckets load of luck, I no you can't always take what Bill says as gospel so lets wait an see.

I went to the Plymouth FA Cup tie in 2005. Weir led the pre-match warm up.

He had a clam authority as he ran the players through their drills.

You could tell ALL the players knew their place in relation to him.

I said at the time - one day David Weir will manage us.

EIGHT years ago.

Anyone else read this and think of seafood?

Dunno why.

So if we keep saying its Rafael, its Martinez, its Duncan etc etc. Then DM will say " Chill its not him " we can narrow it down
