Moyes sacked by United

......not sure if its true, but it's been said he can be sacked without compensation if United finish outside top4. That was confirmed yesterday, so there might be something in it. Also, thinking back to his interviews since perhaps he knew what was coming. He's got a bit too big for his boots. Don't think Neville will get the job.

I can see him going soon. The question you hear Man Utd fans asking, is, would you trust this guy with £100million in the summer? I don't think the owners of United would.

I stood by Moyes for his whole time at the helm of Everton. His comments which totally disrespected this great club and his actions which are shameful, leaves me disgusted by him. So, here lies the problem....I would love to see him sacked and humiliated....but I'm enjoying having a guaranteed 6 points a season and watching Man Utd slowly implode!!!

It's somewhat of a catch 22, he wasn't given full backing last summer and the roster suffered for it. On the flip side, he spent 27.5 million on Fellaini who has been a giant flop. Like most things, it's a little of both.

I almost agree, then I remember how classless he was in the summer, then I go neutral.

It's like going out with a girl for years, you're settled together, the passions long gone but you were both happy enough, maybe you a bit more than her, but you remember the early days together and you love them because of that. Eventually, some big shot comes in, she thinks she's outgrown you and can do better. She dumps you. You try to finish on good terms, because you remember the good times, you genuinely wish her well. She thinks so little of you, a few months after your breakup, she shoots her mouth of about you all over the place, laughing at you, talking you down, trying to take you to the cleaners, it transpires she was actually cheating on you, started getting with the big shot while you were still together.

Now, it's a year later, you're happier than you have been in a long time, your new girl just makes the world seem a lighter, brighter, better place. She on the other hand has been ruined by the big shot, rumours are going round he's trying out replacements behind her back for a while, she's miserable and has realised a bit too late how good she had it.

When you think about it like that, it's easier to sympathise with Moyes. If he comes out, shows some humility and looks back on the last year as a series of massive mistakes on his part and apologies for the way he treated us, time really would be a good healer. If he, however, comes out and tries to maintain he went about things the right and blame everyone else for his own short comings, the best I can feel toward him is nothing at all.
nice analogy. In fact it is spot on
