Yeah, there's absolutely no way whatsoever he'll be paid the rest of the five years of his contract. Definitely pyar clauses tied into his contract, as is the case nowadays.

Christ lads, 34 pages overnight, can't read all of this, can someone give me the quick answer, has this been confirmed or still rumour?

Manchester United fans are the Rip Van Winkels of football.

They fell asleep toward the end of the last century and had the longest, sweetest dream in English football history.

But now they have woken up in another century and don't recognise the landscape around them.

They can't play Moneyball with Chelsea and Citeh (Citeh, FFS.....how ridiculous is that for the K Stand boys to contemplate?).

I agree with most everything you said in that post...especially the bit about how United fans have been living a dream. So true.

However...I think they can compete with Chelsea, Citeh in terms of 'Moneyball'. Read that they would be spending between 100 and 200 million this summer. Money is something they are not short on.

Nice one cheers mate. Sounds like it's on with no comment from Man Utd, you have to stick up for your man in this scenario if the rumours are untrue.

They've stuck up for him in the past when the rumours were untrue, so their silence speaks volumes.

Exactly...that's defo the telling point. Red Cafe has been hilarious...like they won the league. 81 pages already.

Ferdinand has been sending out some cheeky tweets. It's been high quality entertainment for me.

Isn't Di Matteo still one of the best paid managers in England years after being sacked by Chelsea?
