Moyes to Sunderland

..I always thought he was a 'hungry' manager, hardly a game went by on telly where he wouldn't be seen watching players. He's was a very wealthy man before the mega pay-off at United and you just have to wonder if the game isn't important to him anymore. It happens.
Agreed. Always thought his attitude in Spain was odd. He didn't make any attempt to learn the language (its really not too hard to learn a decent level of Spanish after living there a few months) thus alienating players, press n fans in their own country. He also lived in a hotel the whole time. Could easily have bought/rented a nice place n thus integrated. Smacked of been a tourist who just happened to be managing the local football team. Then found it disappointing when binned! Strange fellow is Davey.

Three failures in double quick time now. He's surely finished and won't be getting another job in the Prem anytime soon.

And this is the same guy who when he took the Sunderland job said publicly he saw himself as 'Champions League level manager' as if he was somehow doing them a favour.

But he's so arrogant he probably now thinks he's a cut above the Championship and could get the soon-to-be vacant Barca job!

What a rat.

Akin to Capt Smith seeking refuge on the iceberg, as the Titanic vanishes under the waves.

Management poison.

Disgraceful comments towards a decent previous manager of ours. Dour Dave saved us from the turgid days that would have gotten worse under the reign of Bill Kenwright.
