MOYES, YOU ARE OUT OF ORDER

So you think Moyes should show favouritism to his old employees over his new employees???

So if Wenger decides to make a bid for Baines for £18m should Moyes come back and offer us £22m because of his connections and love for the club.

Dave, people aren't hiding behind the fact its Moyes, its called business. A low bid came in and it was rejected, end of story. Its doesn't matter if that bid was a fiver, it was not accepted

I accept it'll be higher than £12M when/if he goes, but at the very least there's a principle here (one HE subscribes to) and he's flaunted it. And as Neiler suggest above, there really should be some mechanism to prevent a manager exploiting his knowledge of clubs they recently left.

Im convinced he uses Jedi mind tricks to convince everyone he has any ability. His misses must make some great scones or something that he brings in to coaching meeting.

Chris Woods - keeper-killer.

De Gea should be putting in a transfer request around about now.

How i would love Moyes to bid 8 mill or something for Howard - wold be worth him leaving overall.

I bet Moyes will make De Gea cut his quiff "short back and sides in my team son".

Have to say i 100% agree with Dave on this - the PL should introdce rules were their is a cooling of period were managers changing clubs cant bid for players from teams they have just left,

Almost certainly this would not stand up in Court if challenged - "restraint of trade"

His last season as automatic first choice hopefully.

Hopefully Roberto smashes that cartel the signs are good hes jibbed keepers of before - the likes of Kirkland and Al Habsi (who is actually boss) were killed of at different point over the last few years. I cant see Howard surviving if he plays anything like he did for the first 15 games last year - i see Hull or Palace in his future.

Prob not though there have been agreements in the past hasnt there between managers and their ex clubs.

There has, but what if a player agent, or the player who was not party to the agreement, but employed by the ex managers club took the agreement to Court - the Court would almost certainly find in favour of the player.

Not that it matters to Moyes apologists.....but the situation with Roberto and Kone is totally different.

Wigan were relegated......Kone is leaving no matter if Everton bid for him or not.

As are most of all their better players.

So don'tt ry and whitewash your idol's behaviour by trying to taint Martinez.

some people just refuse to see Moyes' faults mate.

Have to say i 100% agree with Dave on this - the PL should introdce rules were their is a cooling of period were managers changing clubs cant bid for players from teams they have just left, it creates an unfair advantage to other clubs but also puts the club left in a more vulnerable posisition in terms of inside knowledge- while they no doubt have direct contact with the players of the club they just left.

He hasn't got a gun to anyone's head. We don't have to accept a bid unless it's in our interests to.
