Mad that levy in he. Don't get how he thinks spurs are worth 4bill or whatever.

Amazing stadium and a few class players ( most of which are coming to their 30s )

But they don't win trophies, aren't in the UCL every season and looking like won't be this season, how in this earth has he come to that value?

My understanding is that their 'bid' to buy Spurs would involve a massive leveraged buyout, they don't have 3.5 billion pounds worth of change in their pockets. Whereas the proposed purchase of 25% of Everton for circa 100 million would not involve leveraged funding.

I'm going to assume a significant part of that valuation is real estate.

No but it would involve spending a lot of money and risking your investment on Farhad Moshiris ability to make it profitable, which is why its a none starter.

According the esk and john blain this isn’t true. Not saying they know everything
, but they seem to have a few connections. And the bobble said last week this could be done This week
According to papers today MSP Sports Capital are launching a 3.5 billon bid to buy Spurs.

They have recently been in talks with Moshiri about Everton .

Moshiri is going to drag us down even further.

They won't know if they are interested in Spurs or not, if they are we are done

It's a non-starter because of our league position. Otherwise, it's a very good deal for everyone involved, imo
