Sky just put this up since 2022That's not true, is it? Only Man Utd have outspent City in the last decade, followed by PSG then Barca. City are still spending big by fine-tuning an already super team and properly the team in the world for the last 5 years.

Premier League net spend table over the last five years
Forget the league table, it's all about the Premier League net spend table. And Chelsea, Man Utd, Arsenal and Tottenham are ahead of the other 16.www.football365.com
Last 10 years
2023:
Every Premier League club's net spend over the last 10 years ranked - Man City not top
💰 19. Brighton - €124.68m spent 💰💰 8. Liverpool - €381.56m spent 💰💰💰 3. Chelsea - €862.18m spentwww.givemesport.com
2022:
"In terms of net expenditure, United have outspent fellow powerhouse clubs Manchester City (£826.6m), Paris Saint-Germain (£790.4m) and Barcelona (£546m) - all of whom have won five or more league titles during that period, compared with United's sole title in 2012/13."
Transfers: Man Utd top Man City, PSG, Barcelona and Arsenal for net spend over decade
Man Utd top Europe for net spend on transfers over past 10 seasons; 14 Premier League clubs rank in top 20; Current top-flight teams in England have spent six times more than Serie A, 10 times more than La Liga and 12 times more than Bundesliga; Ligue 1 clubs register surplus over decadewww.skysports.com
I find it funny though, that West Ham have spent £200m more than us, most of the time fighting regulation, but the media never mentions their huge spending like they do with us.
You also said you would leave the forum if we didn't get relegated last season so forgive my scepticism that you might not be actually telling the truth here mate.
