Literally a moise caicedo and Declan rice away from completing the stadium

At the minute we’re sharing a division with some of these sides but we are living on a different planet really aren’t we? Chelsea were bottom half last season and have spent about a trillion pound while we are negotiating if Southampton will accept Pukka Pies as payment. It’s depressing.

Not a financial expert but why are there not better options to sell too, we have to be one of the cheapest premier league clubs to buy a fantastic stadium on the horizon a true sleeping giant in the right hands just like Newcastle with the Saudis

Because of the state of flux we are in. If the stadium is finished that's one less issue an investor has to worry about. The facts of how much income we are taking opposed to the projected figures make things a little more certain. We also have a court case hanging above us and the fanbase is one touchpaper from being a huge fireball.

As per Mike Ashley If you get to a point where the books are balancing and your hands are not tied in terms of P&S then it all helps. We are a year or two from getting to that stage.
