They've done a cursory reporting of what The Athletic ran, same as the Echo today.Everton continue talks 'to explore new investment' after MSP Sports Capital collapse
Everton "continue to explore discussions on new investment" after talks with MSP Sports Capital collapsed, in a huge blow to the club.www.bbc.co.uk
Good to see the BBC shining a light on this crapshow.
And exactly what is the nature of Kenwright’s relationship with RMF. Are there underlying conflicts of interest of any kind? They've done a cursory reporting of what The Athletic ran, same as the Echo today.
We need someone to go into the details of this relationship between R&MF, VIBRAC, and Kenwright.
Somehow Kenwright has maneouvered Moshiri into becoming beholden to the same dodgy private investors that owned Bill. We've got a 3rd party lending company that has been given the right to refuse to allow us to take on any further lending without full repayment and they're essentially in charge of the club right now.
Who are these people and how did they get involved? We all know most of the shady details but the wider public doesn't have a clue.

Matheson then attempted to find out whether rumours that have been swirling around the blue half of Merseyside for more than a decade were actually true.
“I understand that Sir Philip Green had something of a role as a shadow director at Everton, including having [the accountancy firm] PWC conducting an audit of the club and summoning the chief exec and the team manager to BHS headquarters to discuss transfer budgets,” he said. “Now, if somebody has paid for some shares through somebody else and through an entity in the British Virgin Islands but is not declared as a director, would that be a problem?”
Good that the guardian are doing some investigative journalism on this, hopefully others follow suit. The Guardian story going into further detail on Watched Toffees investigation into Vibrac covers off most of this.
Vibrac and JG Funding which became Rights and Media Funding are connected to Phillip Green and Robert Earle and have been involved since Bill outed Peter Johnson.
Philip Green, Vibrac and Riverdance: the mystery of Everton’s ‘shadow investor’
An MP’s question in October detailed rumours of Sir Phillip Green’s involvement at Goodison, but is there any connection between the retail magnate and companies who have lent millions of pounds to Premier League clubs?www.theguardian.com
I mean are Rights and Media Funding Ltd not essentially acting as directors by cancelling share sales here?
Well that entity appears to have exercised a veto in this instance in the same manner as you might expect a board of directors to reject such a proposal. So pretty much yes.The Guardian story going into further detail on Watched Toffees investigation into Vibrac covers off most of this.

Helps explain the position a bit
Unfortunately that article is years old. What's needed now is for them to dig deeper and not just the Guardian.Good that the guardian are doing some investigative journalism on this, hopefully others follow suit.
Incredible that this country knighted phillip green by the way, an absolute scumbag and exactly the type of fella you would expect kenwright to be mates with.
Amazed how many take notice of such a lazy commentator like jordanThe first thing out of Jordans mouth shows he is talking out of his arse.
The entire point of how this MSP investment fell apart is because Rights and Media Funding WON'T allow MSP to convert the debt into equity.
He's also intentionally muddying the waters between who the first lender and second lender is between MSP and Rights and Media Funding.
He keeps repeating that MSP had the existing charges on us, it's not, it's Rights and Media Funding Ltd.
Feels like there is a big story in there, especially from what lads who seem to have expertise in finance are saying.Unfortunately that article is years old. What's needed now is for them to dig deeper and not just the Guardian.
