I have no opinion on DBB. I understand her primary remit is the stadium and that appears to be progressing well.
My problem is with Kenwright. He’s the ever-present, pivotal figure during our decades of decline, and he’s an obvious egomaniac and gas lighter. He needs kicking in to touch, he’s obviously the rotten apple of the bunch.
Moshiri has brought the money and got a stadium build through which he deserves credit for. But he’s definitely been very poorly advised and the recruitment of senior advisors is hugely questionable.
I don’t have a problem with Moshiri carrying on as long as he’s not involved in football decisions, and sacks off Kenwright. If investors came in who reshaped the Board with more business acumen and had the clout to oppose Moshiri, I think he’d just appear as a fairly straightforward benefactor.
I don’t know what Sharp brings to the Board. I’d personally make him redundant.
