No it doesn't - we're being shafted good and proper and sadly a section of our fans seem happy to watch the club suffer.
The same fans who moan about the club rolling over and letting dodgy ref decisions happen to us, the same fans who complain how the club never fight its corner in the media.
These same fans are happy to see us struggling financially whilst Newcastle waltz into the top 4 signing £60m strikers, watch Man City win a treble and be lauded in the media as heroes with ownership far worse than anything USM is involved in and if you don't acknowledge that then you've been fed too much Tory propaganda.
You even have fans cheering on news of Ancelotti sueing the club. They aint supporters in my eyes they're bringers of doom.
the ancelotti deal is more to do with the incompetenceof the board witht he deal. Also the whole usm stuff is that the club put everything in one basket and had no other plans after to get any new money into the club. Is not about being happy is more proof we needed change at this club. I kno for him is just frustration seeing the clowns at this club just after mistake and mistake getting away with it.

Meanwhile a portion of our fans are happy to accept the club being dragged through the mud, hammered by the PL, handicapped financially and left potless because they have their own selfish personal agenda against the club.
If the fans aint backing the club who's fighting our corner ? The PL wont, the Kopite media certainly aint, The Tory Govt dont care about us neither do rival clubs / fans in the league.
Some of our fans need to take a good hard look in the mirror.

Maybe, just maybe, some things are more important than football.
A lot of the perception of a club is based on how the fans react. Most fans hate the fans of the club that is winning silverware because the fans act like their team is the best, is the biggest team and they look down on weaker less successful teams. It is very easy to judge the size and success of a club based on how their fans act. Small clubs that have no hope of winning anything have fans that constantly blame everything but their own club. The media are against us, the refs are against us, Sky is against us, VAR is against us and believe it or not, some think the Tories are against them. Everton is a big club, it is one of the select number of big clubs in England and the world. Fans should try and remember this and stop acting like a small club, it doesn't suit Everton FC and the idea that everyone is against you is just complete nonsense. The media and every other club in the PL want Everton to be successful and want Everton in the PL because having the big clubs in the PL makes the PL the best league in the world and this is what drives the huge money available to everyone involved.

One saving grace is that MSP wouldn’t be here if they didn’t want to make money.
There’s no cash to be taken out of Everton, we simply aren’t producing any, in fact we’re producing losses.
The only way they get asset appreciation here of their stake is through getting the stadium completed, increased commercial revenues, and improved footballing position.
They taking key places on the board is at least a good initial sign of their competence that they realised that there’s no way their investment could increase with Baxendale Kenwright and co calling the shots.

- go tell the PL / Government / UEFA / FIFA who are picking and choosing which human rights abusers they want to get into bed with.
