Swansea and West Ham offer £4m and we only offer £2.5m with add-ons, doesn't sound right to me, why would the Hungarians agree to that?

Or we are Skint probably the most logical answer.

Paying more of it upfront perhaps?

Although West Ham has a decent amount of money, so don't know why they'd have to do that.

Besic has a release clause. There's no reason to offer more. Ultimately it's just down to the player
